Ross comes from a background in live events management and leadership, formerly a producer of gaming conventions like PAX East and major esports tournaments for Red Bull and the Kraft group. The organization, production, and execution of live events was Ross' crucible. Managing and serving thousands of customers, hundreds of tournament participants, and broadcasting, advertising, and sponsorship responsibilities, Ross' leadership and management skills were honed under the pressure of a highly results-based industry. With little room for error once the cameras turn on, there is no client-agent relationship like that between Sponsor and Producer on live events. Since the pandemic, Ross has transitioned his career from live events to Real Estate, and brings with him the skills, habits, and work ethic that helped him excel. 

Ross' resilient work ethic, disciplined eye for detail, and friendly and kind approach begins from your first conversation. Cool under pressure, Ross has the experience to know when caution is the better part of valor. But perhaps most importantly, Ross listens. Ross understands what makes a house a home are the people who live it in, and his first priority is you.

On a personal note, Ross is a life-long resident of the North Shore, raised in Rockport and Topsfield. An adventurer at heart, Ross managed to travel for college and earned his Bachelor's in Performance from the Australian Institute of Music in Sydney, Australia. Ross grew up attending Shakespeare camp in Salem, and took his love of acting and Shakespeare to a semi-professional level, performing in local Shakespeare companies and regional theater troops across MA. When not working, Ross enjoys boxing, gaming, and being outdoors.
